I am Julia, I am spanish. I was born here and have lived all my life here in the middle of this live history book. With all the traditions still alive, just waiting for you to come and explore them.

I run a small agency, both for selling and renting out properties. Mainly inland, approx an hour from the Mediterranean, but also by the coast, in collaboration with my spanish colleagues.

You want your own little "casa" in this small village where time has stood still, or you want a "Finca", - a country house with big garden, maybe with stables and horses or you are looking for your own "palace", - this perfect property that you think only exist in the movies?

All legal issues I handle together with my collaborating lawyer that I have known since we went to school together.

I speak perfect english and can offer you my services also in Dutch and Scandinavian if necessary.

Easy access from Alicante or Valencia airports. I can arrange with a rental car or I can come and pick you up myself.
